Gin has been a native of Atlanta for over 4 decades.  An architect by training with an extensive background in commercial practice, Gin’s experience includes the design of iconic high-rise mixed-use towers, creation of retail banking prototypes, early adopter of LEED-certified projects, and over 20 years of high-end corporate interior design. Gin balances competencies in the areas of technical execution, building codes, and project specifications with a deep passion for impactful, responsive design, and responsible project management.  Being an excellent advisor to clients and enabling a creative, collaborative design team is the core of Gin’s focus. Outside of work, Gin is an occasional painter, enthusiastic culinary hack, outdoor adventurer, and an endurance cyclist.

Shay’s ability to quickly analyze a problem, determine a course of action, and implement a solution makes him a very effective and valuable team leader.  He excels in all phases of the design process and establishes great working relationships with his clients.  When not busy keeping his projects on track, Shay enjoys sports, gardening, and movie nights with his family.

Away from the office, Dustin enjoys spending time with family, golf, fly fishing, and watching Auburn sports.

Hyeon specializes in front-end conceptual design, master planning, and space planning studies. He excels at envisioning three-dimensional, big picture ideas and finding solutions for complicated and limited-area sites. During his design process, Hyeon focuses not only on aesthetics, but also on the functionality and user experience of the spaces or buildings. With over 20 years of experience and 15 years at RJTR, he has played an integral part of numerous projects throughout the firm’s history. When not solving complex puzzles at the office, Hyeon enjoys golf and globetrotting with his wife and daughters.

Passionate about great design, excited about new challenges, and driven to exceed client expectations, Eric uses both hand sketches and digital media to communicate architectural ideas throughout the life of a project.  Over 30 years of design experience in hospitality, mixed-use, office, multi-family, and educational projects have allowed him to refine his programming, site planning, master planning, and conceptual building skills while allowing for continual growth with each new project.  Eric thrives in a collaborative environment in all phases of design and works hard to creatively satisfy each client’s unique project needs.  Away from his drafting board, Eric enjoys baseball, hiking, sketching with fountain pens, art, music, and grilling great food for his family.
