RJTR provided master planning, architecture design, structural, civil, MEP design services. 1010 West Trade Apartments contains 297 residential units of Type IIIA construction. Wrapping around a four level Type IIB precast concrete parking deck and landscaped amenity courtyard containing a pool, backyard sports lawn, and other outdoor amenities for tenants, the apartments have an average size of 891 sf and a unit mix consisting of 74% 1 bedroom and 26% 2 bedroom units. The parking deck will be mechanically ventilated structured off-street parking for approximately 300 vehicles to support residential occupants and their guest.  A Club Room, Fitness Center, Leasing Office, Cyber Café, and Game Room are located on the lower two levels of the apartment building. The total gross residential area is approximately 338,000 SF.  Unit cost is currently estimated at $137,000 each in 2015-2016 dollars.
