RJTR is providing master planning and architectural design for a trio of office buildings developed by Dominion Realty Partners and located at Wade Office Park in Raleigh, North Carolina. Wade IV closely resembles its sister building, Wade III, which has recently finished construction and was the first new building to come to the office park since the original opening in 2008. Wade IV stands four stories tall, consists of 105,000 gross square feet of Class A office space, and is adjacent to a two level parking structure built to support the tenants of all three office buildings. Tenants will have the opportunity to enjoy such amenities as an outdoor courtyard and many nearby attractions such as the PNC Arena. This project, along with Wade III and the future Wade V are designed to achieve LEED Gold Certification.
RJTR is providing architectural and interior design services for Alta on the Park, a mixed-use project developed by Wood Partners in Midtown Atlanta. Main access to the building will be available on 12th Street, with additional access from 11th Street & Dickson Place. The 22-story tower contains 198 residential units, 2500 SF of retail space on the street level, and 371 parking spaces for residents and retail customers. A landscaped amenity deck on the seventh floor serves the 300,000 GSF of residential area and includes a swimming pool, grilling stations, a fitness center, a clubroom, and a wine room. A second amenity space is located on the 22nd floor rooftop and overlooks Piedmont Park.
RJTR is providing architecture, interior design, structural, and MEP services for Carter's new 23-story high-rise apartment building in downtown Tampa. 915 North Franklin takes advantage of its urban location and excellent views of both the Hillsborough River to the west and the Hillsborough Bay to the south. The building adds vitality and interest to the city with active street-level retail spaces, a six-story high artwork element, and custom decorative screens on the parking deck facade. The L-shaped residential tower still allows the large pool and amenity deck below to take advantage of the desirable western sun orientation. Additionally, a penthouse level Sky Club with outdoor terraces and fantastic views provides a unique resident amenity. The building's exterior facade features distinctive offset vertical windows, dynamic sunshade elements, and a bold color scheme, all reflecting the urbane taste of its young, metropolitan clientele while still referencing the local vernacular of its Floridian setting.
